What difference has your service(s) made?

If you need to find the answer to this question you will need to evaluate your outcomes.

Who are our users and are they pleased with our service? Did we do what we said we would?

Do you confidently say and report that your users are pleased with your services. Is the quality consistent and to a promised standard? Do you have performance indicators to show you where you can improve?

Who takes up our services and why do they come back?

If you know the answers to this then the question has to be are your outputs relevant. Do they need to change as a result of a successful service delivery?

Who do we tell and how do we tell them?

Your funders are not the only ones. Trustees, users and partner organisations are also interested in what works and what doesn’t…how else do we share best practice?
