What is a Quality Assurance System?

Quality management is the process by which organisations manage, assess and review their own performance using the quality guidelines from a system or those developed by themselves.

Quality management operates using a cycle of planning, assessment and review ensuring continuous organisational development. There are many quality systems on the market, most developed for the private sector. We work mostly with systems designed with the voluntary sector in mind. These include PQASSO and Quality First. We can also provide support with more complex systems such as Investors In People (IIP).
